Each day we make up our Daily Menu. For our Sandwiches we make them filling and full of flavour. We’ve found that there are favourites and we’ve decided to make them a permanent feature, so for breakfast you’ll always find the All Day Breakfast Sandwich, for lunch the Pork Belly and the always reliable Bacon, Chicken and Pesto, and each day we’ll add another sandwich - our Chalmar Sirloin Steak Sandwich, or our Tuna Sandwich, or the GIANT Bratwurst, or whatever else we think will be good stuck between two slabs of bread. We also throw in the occasional Terrine, sometimes a Man Sized Lasagne, and even a predictable Tart, but our Tarts are spectacular, anything but predictable.
For our Salads each day is different and we use produce that is delivered fresh daily. Our focus is on using wholesome food in its most natural state to give you a high dose of nutrients and long lasting energy. We use a lot of grains, nuts and seeds, and when it works for the dish we like to keep our produce raw. All of our dressings, sauces and mayos are made in our kitchen and will be available to buy soon.
Our Baked Goods are baked first thing in the morning and some of our cakes get better after their first or second day. We stay away from using wheat and substitute a lot with nuts, seeds, maize, rice and grains. We also keep it low in sugar and often use natural sweeteners like Honey, Agave Nectar, Maple Syrup or just Fruit.
Our Saturday Breakfast’s are all about Poached Eggs, French Toast, Coffee and Newspapers and we close a little earlier than usual so we can all climb back into bed or get to the beach.
